Military & Government Experience:

The Triangle team includes several members with a depth of military and government experience. This is unusual for a small engineering firm. Several team members have served in the military in positions involving procurement, engineering, project management, technical leadership, and instruction, giving us first-hand knowledge of the standards, procedures, documentation, and accountability required for government work. One of our team members served as an engineering instructor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where technical knowledge, leadership, disciplined decision-making, and professional responsibility are central to the mission.

This background gives Triangle a practical understanding of government clients that goes beyond engineering design. We understand that successful government projects require sound engineering judgment, careful procurement, thorough documentation, adherence to specifications and regulations, quality control, and personal accountability. We know how to work within established government processes while remaining focused on the practical objective: delivering a safe, functional, cost-effective project that meets the client's requirements.

Our military experience taught us to take responsibility for the work, understand the mission, and solve problems—not simply pass them along. We bring that same approach to every Triangle project.
